Each credit grant follows the allowance shown for your selected plan and billing period. Discounts do not reduce the credits listed for that offer.
Monthly plans charge each month and grant that month’s credits after successful payment. Yearly plans charge the full year once, grant the first batch immediately and then grant one batch each month for 12 batches. New purchases currently show monthly and yearly billing only. Existing weekly subscriptions continue on their current cycle until cancelled or changed.
Subscription credits can be used for the image, video, avatar and asset-editing features currently available. Credit usage varies by model, duration, resolution and generation count. The amount shown before generation is the final reference.
The validity of new credits is shown on the plan cards. Each batch expires based on its own grant time. Annual plans grant credits monthly; historical credits keep their recorded expiry dates.
Renewal does not immediately reset unused credits. Unexpired credits can coexist with later grants; renewal does not extend an older batch. Credits are consumed from batches eligible for the current feature.
Eligible first purchases can use the introductory offer shown for the current plan. Previous paying customers may not qualify; the amount and eligibility are confirmed at checkout. Renewals use the regular price. Failed or cancelled payments do not consume eligibility.
Choose the target plan or billing period in Manage Subscription. Upgrades or longer billing periods must pass the no-refund check: pay any positive difference for immediate activation, or confirm a zero-cost change. If the calculation would require a refund, the option is disabled. Downgrades or shorter billing periods are scheduled for the end of the current paid period. Cancel any pending downgrade before upgrading.
No. Benefits remain available for the current paid period and the next renewal will not be charged. For a cancelled yearly renewal, the remaining monthly credit batches in the paid year will still be granted as scheduled, and granted credits keep their original expiry dates.
No. Add-ons only add credits; they do not change your plan, billing period or renewal date. You can buy them during your current paid subscription period, including after cancelling auto-renewal. Check the current plans and your credit records for expiry.
For users below Max, the system recommends a purchasable higher plan whose actual additional usable credits are greater than the current shortfall, rather than always recommending the next plan. If a Max user still needs credits, an add-on that covers the shortfall is recommended. No option is forced when none qualifies. After payment, return to the original task and confirm whether to continue.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions support cards and Link. Add-ons can support cards, Link and Alipay; available methods depend on your region and checkout. WeChat Pay is not currently available.
Open Billing and Payments in your account to view subscriptions, add-on purchases, payment status and credit records. Once a receipt is generated, you can view or download it. Add missing billing details before generation when needed. Existing historical receipts cannot be reissued or overwritten.
