The current Hilight integration supports both Wan 3.0 Text to Video and Wan 3.0 Reference Image to Video, as well as generated audio. The meaningful change for marketers is simple: existing product knowledge, imagery, and placement requirements can become visible video material without starting with a new shoot for every request.

Why this matters for cross-border ecommerce and marketing teams

Ecommerce video is not limited to paid ads. Sales teams need a clear way to introduce a product to buyers. Brand teams need launch materials. Marketplace operators need product-page assets. Growth teams need new visual directions for social campaigns. Organizing a separate production for each small request is rarely practical.

Hilight places Wan 3.0 inside a marketing-video workflow. Start by deciding who will watch the clip, which selling point matters most, and which assets are already available. Hilight then gives you a focused way to choose text or reference images and match the duration and frame to the destination.

Wan 3.0 performs strongly in visual realism, material texture, and physical motion details. That makes it well suited to shots where the look and behavior of the product matter: light moving across a metal surface, fabric responding to movement, liquid flowing, or a product interacting with a realistic setting. Generated output should still be checked against the real product, especially packaging copy, logos, color, and structure.

Marketing videos you can create now

Turn product materials into a video you can send to a buyer or client

Turn photos of glasses into a video

When a sales or export team needs to introduce a product, begin by selecting the use case, core selling points, and details the buyer needs to see. Combine that direction with clear product images to create a concise product-introduction video.

Instead of asking the buyer to work through a long set of images and copy first, the video can quickly show the product's appearance, use context, and main value. It can support an inquiry response, sales follow-up, product proposal, or preview before a call. “Ready to send” still includes a human check for product facts, brand marks, and important text.

Show material quality and physical details

Showcase product material details in video

Static images may not fully communicate how apparel, furniture, beauty products, consumer electronics, or packaging look in motion. Reference images can establish the product direction, while the prompt describes fabric movement, liquid behavior, reflections across a surface, or a camera move toward a structural detail.

This is where the model's realism and physical-detail capabilities can make the product presentation more informative, while the original product images remain the standard for accuracy.

Add the missing shot to a product launch

If the team already has launch photography and a central selling point, use Wan 3.0 to create a product reveal, packaging close-up, usage moment, or closing scene. A clip with one clear purpose is easier to review and refine than a single request for an entire ad.

Explore several directions for social and paid creative

The same selling point can be expressed through a lifestyle scene, studio treatment, seasonal setting, or outdoor context. Text-to-video makes it possible to visualize those directions before the team chooses which concept deserves further production. The clips help evaluate creative direction; they do not guarantee campaign performance.

Extend a campaign visual into more placements

When a campaign key visual, packaging image, or product photo is already approved, Reference Image to Video can turn it into landscape, vertical, or square motion material. That gives product pages, client presentations, and social placements more ways to use the same visual direction.

Start with text or product images based on what you have

Use Wan 3.0 text to video when the shot exists only as an idea

Choose text when the team knows what the clip should communicate but has no suitable visual source. Describe the product, environment, action, camera behavior, and marketing purpose. For example: an insulated bottle on a camping table at sunrise, followed by a closer camera move that shows the surface material and steam in the usage scene.

Make four points explicit: which product features must remain recognizable, where the scene takes place, how the subject and camera move, and who the intended viewer is.

Use Wan 3.0 image to video when product visuals already exist

Choose reference images when product photography, packaging, a character look, or an approved campaign visual should guide the result. The confirmed Hilight workflow currently supports up to 10 reference images, with written instructions for action, camera movement, and atmosphere.

Clear, consistent references make the result easier to assess. Avoid mixing images that disagree on color, packaging copy, or product proportions. References guide generation but do not guarantee pixel-perfect preservation.

Current Wan 3.0 settings in Hilight

SettingCurrent support
InputText prompt; reference images with written direction
Reference imagesUp to 10 in the confirmed workflow
Duration2–30 seconds, set as a whole number
Resolution720P or 1080P
Aspect ratioAuto, 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4, or 9:16
AudioGenerated audio is supported
Prompt lengthUp to 20,000 characters

Choose settings from the delivery context backward. A buyer presentation or landscape web placement may call for 16:9, vertical social usually calls for 9:16, and a square feed placement can use 1:1. Duration should fit the shot: a short hook does not need to become a long sequence, while a complete action needs enough time to remain readable.

What to know before generation and delivery

The current Wan 3.0 workflow in Hilight begins with text or reference images. It does not currently accept reference video, reference audio, documents, or web links, and it does not currently provide first-and-last-frame controls, video editing, smart duration, video continuation, or local editing.

Product documents and webpages therefore need to be distilled into selling points and scene direction, while product visuals should be supplied as reference images. After generation, check product color and structure, logos and text, material behavior, motion, sound, cropping, and usage rights before sending the clip to a client or publishing it.

Frequently asked questions

How long can a Wan 3.0 video be in Hilight?

The current range is 2–30 seconds, set as a whole number. That works for product introductions, detail shots, usage scenes, social hooks, and campaign atmosphere.

Can I upload a product document or URL and generate the video directly?

Not through the current Wan 3.0 Video Generation entry. Extract the relevant selling points and scene requirements as a prompt, then provide clear product images as visual references.

Can I create a Wan 3.0 video and send it directly to a buyer?

You can create a short product-introduction video for inquiry replies, sales follow-up, proposals, or meeting previews. Before sending it, verify product appearance, specifications, logos, text, and asset rights so generation errors do not enter client communication.
